MOCA Health is committed to providing safe, compliant and respectful care.

We operate under strict Australian regulatory frameworks governing Schedule 8 medications. As such:

• Prescriptions cannot be substituted without prescriber authority.

• Controlled medications must be dispensed exactly as written.

• Pricing and product availability are subject to regulatory and supply conditions.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour toward staff, practitioners, pharmacies or associated professionals.

In circumstances where behaviour compromises staff safety or professional standards, MOCA Health reserves the right to discharge a patient from care.

We do not publicly disclose patient communications or engage in online disputes. Patient confidentiality remains a cornerstone of our practice.
